Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion ( L.E.A.D.)

LEAD programs allow law enforcement to collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of people who work in the criminal justice system and social services to develop multi-faceted interventions that address the root causes of drug use.  Research shows that LEAD programs drastically reduce recidivism, greatly increase people's likelihood of finding employment and housing, and result in massive savings to law enforcement and the criminal justice system..

Immigration

The Cornerstone of American Progress

Immigration has always been the backbone of  American economic development and innovation, bringing forth the greatest advantages of capitalism.

Economic Development

Emerging Industries; Hemp Farming

We support and encourage Hemp farming in NC to bring economic development to small farmers in rural counties. Textile companies like Hanes Brands and Champion and local NC clothing producers are looking to expand products from this industry. It is sustainable farming and environmentally responsible as it is grown without the use of pesticides and herbicides.
